BLEND OF THE WEEK - REBALANCING

This week I thought I'd share with you a rebalancing blend that I like to use. This blend of oils will help to enhance calmness and balance.

REBALANCING BLEND
2 drops of Lemon
2 drops of Peppermint
2 drops of Rosemary

A LITTLE ABOUT THESE OILS

LEMON (Citrus Limon) Is cold pressed from the peel of the fruit. It has a fresh lemony scent and is useful for enhancing Calmness, alertness, happiness, clarity, vitality, stability, laughter and motivation. It helps to reduce stress, lack of focus, negative thoughts, fear and mental strain.


PEPPERMINT (Mentha Piperita) One of my all time favorite essential oils and is steam distilled from the leaves. It is know to help increase concentration, vitality, self-confidence, emotional release, positiveness, directions and clear thinking. It can help to reduce, nausea, burnout, shock colds and flu, headaches and self doubt. (NOTE: AVOID DURING PREGNANCY).

ROSEMARY (Rosemarinus Officinalis) Extracted through steam distillation of the leaves. It helps to enhance mental clarity, concentration, warmth, emotional strength, centering, honesty and positive energy plus the I find the scent so invigorating :) (AVOID DURING PREGNANCY).

We use peppermint essential oil in the following products;

Wild apple & mint purifying cleansing gel

Wild apple & mint antioxidant balancing mist
